Lots of Texture by Stitching and Weaving...

I'm on a mission to promote creating with more texture and mixed fibers. It's great to recycle sheets, leftover fabric scraps from sewing projects and yarn. It's also fun to combine locker hooking with sewing and other crafts like crochet or weaving. Here's some fun ideas I found recently including a new one of my own:

"Hi Juliet! Thank you! Yes, I love using Quick Grip Adhesive. It's super strong, permanent and waterproof. I like it so much, I started selling it on my colorcrazy.com site. I just couldn't find anything else that works as well."

"I'm having trouble to. Someone else I know used a modified tapestry frame and roles the canvas along a she went. I've bought a couple of tapestry frames but my thick wool locker hooking is too chunky for the clips to hold the work tightly…"
